A total of 4 state-owned real estates with an area of 1,914 decares in the district of the Municipality of Bojurishte, owned by the Ministry of Defence, will be contributed to the capital of the National Industrial Zones Company PLC, decided yesterday the Government. The Municipality is located in close proximity to Sofia, on the international road E-80 Belgrade-Istanbul. The proximity of the future industrial zone to Sofia creates good opportunities for the development of its economy.
National Industrial Zones Company PLC was established in 2009 in order to curb the effect of the global financial crisis. The aim of the company is to contribute to stable economic development by encouraging investment and improving the technical infrastructure. The industrial zone is expected to attract highly productive and export-oriented investments.
