Devin and Coca-Cola violate concession contract

Devin and Bottling Company Mineral Waters - Bankya extracted larger quantities of mineral water than stipulated in the concession contract, announced officials from the Ministry of Environment and Waters. This was the result from the inspection on compliance with the 27 concession contracts for the extraction of mineral water - exclusive state property. Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Bulgaria, First Financial and Lessoplast did not extract mineral water in accordance with contract requirements. These companies have to stop the violations within a period of three months. The report will be submitted for approval to the Council of Ministers.
